"Customer Service Could Use Some Work"
I recently checked out Larry Adler ski shop and was let down by the service. Even though they had a solid range of gear, the time it took for someone to notice us was just too long. We sat there for 25 minutes before anyone came over to help. It would be way better if staff acknowledged customers and real buyers instead of spending half an hour with folks who clearly weren’t looking to buy. Maybe some training on how to ask questions to figure out if someone is a serious buyer instead of a time-waster would help. If our trip hadn’t been so close, we probably would’ve just walked out and ordered online from another place.
